  1. Grab pillow.
  2. Sit or lay.
  3. Relax.
  4. Regulate breathing.
  5. Goal:  Much Zen belly laughing.  Do / watch / listen / google / etc. to whatever makes you laugh.  Laugh hard.  Laugh loud.  Laugh long.
