- Grab pillow.
- Sit or lay.
- Regulate breathing.
- Focus: Contemplate universal consciousness and what that means to you.
- Guided: You are walking done a long hallway in very old Victorian house. A door is slightly ajar and through the opening you see what looks like a cozy and comfortable dusty-old room. You almost pass by, but decide to go in and explore it’s mysteries. The door creaks softly as you open it. The room has many books and creature comforts. It is a bit dusty and has a slight aged-decadence to it, but it is not ostentatious; it is more like an historical metaphor of ages that have passed into dreams. There is a warm, crackling fireplace with a comfy chair beckoning you to sit and think a while. You sit and stare for a moment into the fire and see the dance of the joining of elements. Beside the chair is a worn, old side table with an old-style phone on it. Now, pick up the handset and phone home.
