Zen Meditation: Multiple Perspectives

Kermit the Frog

“As you start traveling down that road of life remember this: … the places you’re going to are never on the map.”

“If life were easy, it wouldn’t be difficult.”

“As we go through life, we’re piling on deeper and deeper layers of consciousness, which leads to a greater capacity to take multiple perspectives.”

Quotes by Kermit the Frog

Meditation Assignment:

  1. Grab pillow.
  2. Sit or lay.
  3. Relax.
  4. Regulate breathing.
  5. Focus:  On your life as an adventure, an action movie.  Where did you start?  Are you the hero in your hero’s journey?  How have you evolved as a human being and where do you want to go now?  What state of being do want to occupy most?  Why?  How will you achieve this?

Hi Monica, new follower. I really like your art, and I Love your Geek Pride side even more — you had me at “there’s an emergency going on…”. Do you have a facebook page, twitter, instagram — some way of following you and getting in touch outside of this blog? Your new gallery and everything you are doing just resonates so much right now and it would be great to see how that unfolds. Thanks and may the force be with you.

Hello. And thanks for following and the compliments. I can be reached by email at beyondtheouterrimwordpress@gmail.com. Sorry, I do not do twitter, instagram, facebook, etc. at this time as I just don’t care about such things (Luddite) and think they are a big suck-age of my little bit of art and sci-fi geek time that I have. One has to have priorities…

      Thanks, thanks, and thanks.
May the force be with you.
Live long and prosper (Spock Lives).

Ah, I totally get that! Good for you. Thanks for the contact info, and best of luck launching your new (ad)ventures.

[Also – Leonard Nimoy will always be my grandfather.] 🙂
